It arrived in such a defective condition that it was unable to be secured to my Vauxhalll Astra, nor 'any' Astra for the securing brackets on the reverse of the bumper had been smashed off / broken which rendered the item completely 'useless'. DVS have REFUSED to refund the 98 I paid for this item and ebay stated "because I never collected it in person' and therefore 'did not check the item was faulty upon collection' (a courier company collected it from DVS and delivered it to a garage in London), ebay resolved the dispute in the favour of DVS. So now I have a useless piece of plastic which has cost me 98 and DVS refusing to refund my money for a majorly defective car part and which the company did not correctly describe when they listed it on ebay.MY ADVICE: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Their after sales customer service is intolerable, their communications are few & far between (ignorant in fact) and, if the car part (bumper) I purchased from them is anything to judge the company by, I can honestly state their products are not worth purchasing.
