        bike wan not ready when i went to collect at 1pm. Staff did not demonstrate how the bike works. When i asked them how does it works barely minimum information provided. When staff member took the electric battery out he could not put it back. I protected the tyre by choosing the puncture protection service no one explained it this has been done. When i left the store they did not give me the charging cable (which charge the battery). I had to go back to ask how am i gonna charge my cycle at home. On my way back to home battery died after 800 yards. The store did not charge the battery. Worst experience buying at Halfords. I spent nearly 1200 at bike and they did not even charge the battery.
