So after ordering a loom for customer, waiting 10 weeks for it to be made (this I was told before ordering so ok) to find the engine loom not correct, so spent time trying to resolve this problem with technical, customer service has been good, but the wasted time, lack of diagrams which really should come with a loom as YOURS DON'T MATCH THE STANDARD LOOMS, returned a loom to be remade as it was 50% wrong, now on the next part and dails round the wrong way! Moulded bulkhead connectors don't clip to the bulkhead like originals; I will never use an AutoSparks Loom again, this has wasted so many hours labour it's not worth it, car is at least 3 months overdue & I'm still fighting this loom! This is not the 1st loom I've had problems with either!

Called in a couple of weeks back with a small motorcycle harness that I required it altering to make it longer. Extremely helpful and extended the harness there and then whilst I waited. Fantastic service and can highly recommend
