        I have been treated with the upmost respect & everything was explained "in detail" by Elaine...the difference this aid has made to my life is amazing... no more headaches!! Tinnitus is significantly reduced & no one knows lm wearing it as it is so discreet!! Thankyou Elaine xx

        I had been wearing NHS hearing aids for some time and was quite sceptical as to whether private ones would be different. However I requested a hearing test and was immediately impressed with the comprehensive test conducted in a friendly and professional manner by Elaine. A detailed explanation of the ear and all the results of the test were explained. I was then given the OPN 1 aids to trial for a short time allowing me to encounter situations that had been difficult for me. At my request I was allowed to trial the OPN 3 to get a comparison of the capabilities. I opted, after the trials for the OPN 1 which I found to be exceptionally good, even in noisy environments. The result is an improvement in my life !!!
