I had a fantastic customer experience at Audi, Nottingham. I purchased a new Audi A5 from them and from the moment I walked in to enquire about the car I was interested in buying, I was immediately looked after by Cerys. Cerys was super helpful and ran through all the options thoroughly and agreed on a great deal. It didnt even take that long! In the past it has been a very lengthy experience so this was refreshing. I was provided with timely updates with regards to the delivery date. Upon receiving the news the car had arrived I collected the car and Cerys ran through some documents which didnt take long, followed by a thorough briefing of the car. Top notch experience. Thank you to Cerys and the team.

I bought an Audi RS5 from Daniel Rana and I can honestly say it was the best car experience I have ever had. The new manager Lee even got involved and ensured the car was perfect. Laurie also was great and Dan and Laurie make a pair ! Well done

Went there to just inquire about the car and have a chat, Daniel Rana our sales executive answered all our questions, explained the PCP process really well to someone who is new to it, we looked at all available approved used car of the model that we like and talked about our preferences etc. Daniels input was very much appreciated throughout the whole discussion. In the end, we actually purchased a car! Thanks, Dani for a great first Audi experience, will see him again when due for an exchange

Excellent customer service. Great and unexpected presentation of the car on the day of collection. It was inside under the cover. I was filmed pulling the cover off, which was a great feeling. And of course Daniel Rana who made it happen!
