Avoid at all cost. Even though they are selling brand new products, they list these as 2nd hand, hence they lie and try to avoid warranties that come with new products. I had a bike where a wheel spoke broke after only 4 days, I wanted to come to an amicable resolution, however, they wiped their hand clean of any responsibility. Saying "I could have inspected the item beforehand", however the item was in a sealed box which the customer service team said I would not have been able to open and inspect the item anyway. I am in the process of starting a section 75 credit card claim for a faulty item. Which is lucky I have this protection and independant view rather than a bias (and lets me honest) lying company.

Have bought several things from here. But have just paid 72 pound for a metal sun lounger ie won for 12 and have been dragged over the coals for delivery 45 quid is a joke. Could have got next day delivery for 19.99 DPD. You live and learn
