The Tutor was always available and responded to my requests very quickly, due to different ailments it was a bit of a slow process for me and took a year to finish but my tutor and her support staff were very compassionate and understanding of my situation.
Feedback was always fair and advise always adequate. As a family, we are very grateful for this course, my siblings ask for advice regularly and its a pleasure to be able to give it. I am now looking into the soft furnishings course in the hope of starting when things return to normal...
