        Slick city centre gallery full of expensive 'statement' wall art that seems to be aimed more at the status/decor market than the art aficionado.

        My overall experience with Castle Fine Art has been exceptional and this gallery itself is by far one of the most striking i have been to with a huge collection of art. But that is where it ends! One simple question was answered in a rude, obnoxious and quite frankly aggressive manner which was disgusting. It was a gentleman who i believe to be one of the Managers of the gallery; even one of the members of staff seemed to be shocked by his manner. The gallery was very busy at the time and for customers to witness and be greeted with that level of disgusting customer service is not acceptable. I feel strongly that the attitude needs addressing.
