Swish Architecture Ltd

Design with no regard to budget. We had a design and planning application through Swish having explained the budget and scope to them before they started the design. They got carried away and drew an extension that was far too big and very complicated to build. When we got quotes from builders they were at least 3 times our original budget. Overall we wasted a lot of time and money with Swish and didn't get anything for it. The CGI images they produce look great and they'll draw a really attractive house for you but you probably won't be able to afford it!

We were recommended by a friend to use Swish to redesign our dated old 1970s bungalow, Dino and his team from start to finish were very professional and came up with some amazing ideas. Dino designed us our wishlist and much more and the final product has exceeded all expectations, still can't believe it's ours!! They gave us help with choosing materials, bricks, and tweeking certain areas of the build so we could get the most out of it for our family and lifestyle. I have already recommended to friends and neighbours who are thinking of having work done in the future!

Called this architect on mobile number six times and office numerous times over the last 4 weeks. Mobile always go thru to voicemail and office calls were answered, took details but failed to have the courtesy to even call me back. Disappointing and very unprofessional service. This business was recommended by a developer freind of mine but seems they only entertain the elite. No time for the normal 9to 5 working class.
