I'd like to say Max has done a great piece of design for us, we've hit many hurdles along the way, council planning refusal, appeal, severn trent drainage issues. Max has helped with all these problems and done so at a reasonable price. When I started the project I didn't know much about the building industry, Max has gone above and beyond in offering unbiased honest advice. Not sure if the negative reviews are talking about the same guy or even if they are real reviews? Thanks for your work on our plans, now the build has taken shape I can see you've designed a great internal space for us, it also looks well designed from the outside.

Max was easy to deal with, he talked my wife and I through different options and was clear about dates and prices. He has a partner for engineering calcs and he also applied for planning permission and building regs on our behalf. Max also provided a list of local builders for us to contact - we contracted one of these and he turned out to be a good chap - Jez Harris. I'd recommend Max, in fact I have done already. Used him in 2013/4 and again in 2015. I just looked at some of the other reviews and they seem a bit emotional to me :-(
