We have used the services of OSB-Architects in regards to a single storey extension we are undertaking and have been delighted with our experience to date. The thought of employing an architect for the first time was a little daunting but we have found Samantha to be extremely approachable, patient and easy to communicate with. Samantha has carefully listened to our requirements and gently challenged us over some of them whilst being careful to call out the budget implications of the various options under discussion. The end result has been a design far more imaginative and innovative than we had hoped for, which we know will add a real wow factor to our home. Sam has also made clear and simplified the complicated processes, timelines and costs around planning and building regs applications as well as when we should be engaging with builders for estimates. We have used Sam at OSB ARCHITECTS to design our dorma window loft extension. We are completely new to this type of project but with Sam's professionalism, approachability and knowledge she put us at ease. Sam was flexible in her approach so we could meet face to face or virtually. We opted to meet face to face as we found this easier. We are now in the position where we have had planning permission approved and have engaged a builder to complete the job. We would recommend Sam to anyone who is needing accurate and timely architectural drawings for any project. Thank you Sam we can't wait to see your drawings come to life.

We are currently in the process of finding an architect and contacted Sam after reading a glowing review on a local Facebook page re OSB. Sam was quick to respond to an initial query with thorough information and we arranged for her to come out to our property within a few days. Sam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and showed us some examples of other projects she had been working on which looked highly professional.

We used OSB Architects for a multitude of different changes we needed to change the front of our house. Sam completely understood and listened to our requirements and then made some fantastic suggestions that we hadn't thought about. She made these suggestions with throughough research with so many example detailed drawings and images. She was always super professional and clear with what needs to be done and time lines too. We thought architects just do the drawings for u to submit for planning but the service Sam offered exceeded our expectations. She offered a full architectural review and thought about the age of the property and what would fit in best as per design and our requirements. We really were impressed with the level of service.
