        Jamie King and his team has designed our dream home. The site is in the centre of a conservation area and the existing building is of historical interest. Taking this into consideration and meeting all of our design criteria ,they have designed a high quality bespoke dwelling which shall also preserve and enhance the village conservation area.         Our vision was to build a new house from scratch to suit all our needs and KOR have helped us realise that vision ; throughout the project they have been understanding of our needs , been extremely proactive and have come up with a design that achieves all our objectives plus some . Our independent Project Manager and the Builders have been extremely complementary about the standard and detail of the drawings and specifications , which have helped the project run smoothly . We would have no hesitation in recommending KOR to anyone undertaking such a project
