I can't rate the customer service more lowly than one star! They are very rigid with the work they'll carry out and whilst their website states no job too small, they charge a minimum of 190 + vat so if you have a small ivy hedge that can be trimmed back in a couple of hours, expect to pay 230! The telephone manner needs improvement - explain the work involved to them and then have them say we can come and have a look but we charge a minimum of 190+vat. I ask if that's the call out charge, she says no, a call out for a quote is free. If you're being charged that price, the quote certainly is not free, it's absorbed by the minimum charge for a job. Dreadful way to do business - charge by the hour like decent businesses and speak to potential customers more respectfully. I have a significant amount of well established growth that needs removing but I'd rather go elsewhere than support a business that appears to exploit the elderly from the other reviews that have been left!

Charged an old lady 500 to trim a couple of shrubs and small trees, they now look awful. No care or attention taken ! All done in a couple of hours. Absolute con man BEWARE

Absolute scammers. Supplied us with wood they advertised as 2-3 year seasoned. When I phoned I was assured it came in an industrial sized builders style bag, that was perforated with a waterproof flap lid. We had to store it for two days until I finished building a wood store. They said their wood was stored outside at their business in these bags and the wood was fine. When the wood arrived, the bag was ripped and torn, no waterproof flap in sight, just your standard builders bag. The wood was sodden, especially near the bottom. It was covered in soil, fungus and lots of wood was rotting. We had to source other dry wood to get our burner up to temp before even thinking of burning their so-called seasoned wood. Even then it takes ages for their wood to burn. Weve had no response from them on three attempted times to contact via email and phone. I managed to speak to one woman on the phone who offered to take a few pieces of our wood away to prove it would burn. How does that prove anything? Was she going to deliver ash back to us? How would I know they burned the same wood? Theyve got con-artist written all over them. Do not give them your money.

####UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL#### Dispite making the appointment over 7 days ago they never turned up this morning as planned. Left voicemail but no calls received prior to today or in response to my voicemail. I'm just going to go elsewhere!
