AVOID this company!!!!!!! SCAM!!!! This is poorest customer service in the entire world. Fighting over the phone for several weeks to book repair for our Ninja cooker . Every time different person answers and telling me that theres nothing they can do about it , they just can book a slot for collection. Every time they book an Engeneer appointment nobody showing up. Resolution team supposed to contact me twice , nobody called me . Today I have spoken to one of the domestic & general team members, he said hold a line so I can transfer you directly to resolution team and guess what? After 10min of horrible music on hold they just hang up. Guy also been offering me to insure my other appliances , I said is that a joke ??? With this kind of customer service I believe they will shut down soon . If really respect your self DO NOT buy insurance from them . Wasted money , time and nerves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Should be an option for no stars... been paying for washer and dryer insurance nearly 20 a month for nearly 5 years.cant book an appointment for weekend none available for week's and week's ."we both work Monday to Friday", so i had to put in a day's holiday costing 200 they then cancelled my appointment and made it for another day " because the engineer isn't in the area that day" NOT MY PROBLEM...... After 5 different calls I've got no further they suggested getting a friend or someone to come and sit in my house for 10 hours because they can't give times and wait for an engineer.... I've just cancelled both accounts. They won't be getting any more money from me ..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE POLICYS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. AND TELL YOUR CALL HANDLERS TO STOP CALLING ME MAM I'm not there Mother. Service: Washer/dryer repair
