Simon from GTA took my Kenwood food processor in for repair, he has had it for about 2 years. I have tried to phone him constantly, but he doesn't even answer his phone. He has all my attachments. I am so sad that he is so dishonest.

Took in my favourite electrical hair curling appliance to GTA Electrics after they stopped working. Really didn't want to replace them as they don't exist anymore!...Service was excellence, cable replaced and back in working order. Speedy and value for money! Thank you so much.

Used this company to repair a coffee machine I had. Initially sent my machine for repair in May 2017 then back again in June then back again in August. Clearly this company were not repairing it correctly after paying over the top for the repair. The same fault has developed again in January but am told it is now outside of the 6 month warranty they gave. Surely it should be from date of last repair as had it been repaired properly in the 1st place I wouldn't be in this position. Personally would avoid this company and go to someone that can get the job done correct from the start

We have been using this company for many years. We took one of our coffee machines in for repair & service just prior to covid lockdown March 2020. We were told due to the pandemic parts would take longer to arrive from the manufacturer. All quite understandable, fair and reasonable. However, over the last 2yrs, we've tried phoning numerous times, visiting their premises numerous times, spoken to their tennant to be told they are still trading & she kindly text messaged them on our behalf - and yet after 2yrs we still cannot contact them, not even to get our property back. The only conclusion we can come to is that they've made off with our expensive coffee machine. Very sad after having happily dealt with them for many years to be treated in such a manner. We've since had to purchase a replacement machine & have no idea what they've done with ours. It would appear we'll need to commence legal action to recoup our losses.
