Marco Island Apartments

The only good thing is the location in the heart of Nottingham. Otherwise, I was upset with my stay in this apartment. Firstly, all two days I met cockroaches in the bathroom, which got out from under the bathroom. Secondly, the ventilation did not work. Thirdly, the floor was dirty at check-in, and one of the table lamps did not work. Fourth, the walls are very thin, and I constantly heard extraneous sounds, music and conversations outside the door. I do not recommend this apartment, even if it is cheaper than the average price. It is better to overpay for your comfort and silence.

We found Marco Island IV to be a great little apartment, ideally located for the gig we were attending at the Motorpoint Arena just down the road, and it's just a short walk into the centre of town. Everything in the apartment was clean and the kitchen is well kitted out. Parking in the same building is reasonably priced and the check-in/out procedure was nice and easy. You can hear a little street-level noise from the apartment so you might want to bring earplugs if you're a really light sleeper but it didn't bother us. Will certainly consider No41 Serviced Apartments next time we're staying in Nottingham.
