Richmond Air Conditioning

I had a split system AC installed by Ian and his team a few weeks ago. From first contact to installation communication was good and the price was as quoted, I had contacted a major online retailer for a quote and despite the cheap prices advertised online for their own brand equipment the fitting fees were excessive and their customer service said I'd need more units than I did. My room was about 1sqm bigger than optimal but it would mean a much bigger outdoor unit and extra electrical work plus about 50% more. Ian came to site to assess what he thought would be suitable and suggested two indoor units and one outside box. Ten days later the installers turned up on time and completed the job in two days afterwards they ensured the area was left clean and gave a detailed demonstration. the units look clean and unobtrusive internally whilst the outdoor unit is much quieter than I thought it would be and can be hard to tell if it's running without getting up next to it. In terms of both cooling and heating they are efficient and can change a 12sqm room 10c in less than half an hour. They are quiet and have app control too which is free and allows different units to be set to different temperatures, speeds etc though they can both only do the same function, either heat or cool. Very friendly and reliable. Got the air conditioning booked in within a week of having the quote and am very pleased with it and how tidy they left the area when they'd finished.

Ive had engineers from Richmond Air Conditioning install three sitcoms in my house: two for bedroom and one for the kitchen/lounge are. The service and advice has been outstanding: quick at providing quotation (and beating everyone also in price), quick booking for the actual installation and very professional work carried out. Jack and Asif were always on time every morning and cracked on with work straight away, cleaning any dust and collecting all of the packaging. Finished work 0,5 days ahead of advised schedule, provided full operating instructions explanation. Very happy with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone else looking to escape the unbearable summer heat. Top marks!

Would recommend. I had no problem dealing with Richmond. I had to have my AC replaced and was given an extremely competitive quote. The guys came out on a Sunday as i needed it installed ASAP at no extra charge. Old system removed and new system installed in a few hours. All electrics and drainage on the inside and out also left neat and tidy in trunking. They even stayed in the middle of flash thunderstorms (Above and Beyond) instead of going home and coming back the next day. Unit works perfectly and an extremely neat and tidy job.
