        Very Unprofessional, I needed more information about a product. I call them and the person over the phone was not willing to provide some basic information about the product.

        I just called this company with the hope of some advice and also to purchase the correct product. I called them once and they hung up. I called them again and got an extremely rude, unhelpful person who got irritated with me and hung up on me. Unbelievably attitude and customer service. I didnt have an especially complex question.
