Very nice but not enough staff on

My mother has been at the Manor now since April 2022. The staff are so kind and caring its extrodinary. The home is immaculate. I have a good relationship with the staff who keep me updated always. The love they give to everyone is good to see. 5 star service. Am so at ease knowing my mother and all the residents are treated with dignity and respect.

Bizarre staff etiquette....... AVOID

What can I say about "The Manor" well my Mamar is now resident here. The owner introduced himself to me and my sister-in-law along with the manager and other members of staff. Wow, the warmth, love, care and consideration, truly outstanding. It has taken me three weeks to adjust emotionally. I cannot get over how every single member of staff pops in to make sure my Mamar is okay. We have been able to bring our own bedding, and home comforts for her cosy room..... communication and the one on one personal support, touch and compassion is completely outstanding. My Mamar has never stopped dancing, she adores all the staff, and the staff are bowled over with her energy and always have time out with her. This residential home is outstanding through and through. All homemade food and cakes on hand. On mothering Sunday they served afternoon tea for us. Its so comforting to know Mamar is being looked after and safe. They are family orientated in every way. I do not have enough words to say that can justify how outstanding The Manor Residential Home is. Maxi xx
