        Over the years I find On Call a lifeline and gives the elderly comfort knowing they are there at the push of a buzzer. Wouldn't be without it family know I can get immediate help. Thankyou to On Call. 2011 my husband passed away and the comfort I've had knowing I can get help whenever I want it around my home . ....

        After years of paying for this service when my mother finally needed help she never received it. After one fall she spent 3 hours on the floor with the operator just asking every hour "are you ok"? A neighbor finally came around to help.
