Excellent Service with Lovely and Caring staff, to the people leaving negative reviews, most you try to treat the carers like house maids servants, Every company has ups and downs, but to be fair they have been very caring and listen to Staff.

This company is only about the money they treat non drivers so rudely and never give them days off don't use this company if you do remove them

i would give this company 0 if i could, there treatment of my Dad resulted in his medication being so badly mixed up that it could have seriously harmed him, we reported them to the Care Quality Commission who investigated them, the Safeguarding team at Nottingham City Council who have done checks, my Dad was treated like a piece of meat, no interaction, talking in there own language and laughing while my Dad, who is 92 years old, was sat on a commode naked. We had security camera footage of all this and al the company said was sorry and that they would do some retraining. Please, please if you or your relatives need caring for do not under any circumstances use this company.
