        They always submitted my VAT Return to HMRC without confirming with me. They didn't send correct figuers. Also they had charged me twice for one year. They have sent incorrect information on my HMRC account, they have typed my email address wrong spelling I can't receive codes from HMRC for confirming the services I request. They have given wrong information about my address to HMRC. And they say you should trust us. I don't know how someone can trust them with all these issues. I talked to them but they didn't apologise for their mistakes and their incorrect calculations . For the last VAT period they have submitted all my figuers 0 while my business is runing. They said they have done this because I didn't send them my bank statements but I have always sent them all my documents and I have the proof. They didn't even know that they had submitted 0 until I told them. I don't recommend them.
