Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention the extremely poor customer service experience that I had at your leisure center, Westway. My family and I were looking forward to attending an event for children that we had found on your website. However, our experience was completely ruined by the attitude and behavior of your receptionist, Tracy. When we arrived, Tracy was on the phone and only gave us half her attention when we approached her. She initially told us that there were no bookings, leaving us worried and stressed about being in the wrong place. After I asked her to double-check, she eventually found the booking, but gave us the wrong pitch number. When we couldn't find the pitch, she became rude and unhelpful, accusing me of having an attitude when I asked her to clarify the pitch number. My children even overheard her making derogatory comments about me to another customer. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but completely unprofessional, especially in front of children. Even after I dropped my children off, I had further questions about the facilities and gym memberships at Westway. Tracy was dismissive and unhelpful, telling me to look online and have a nice day. The overall lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by Tracy left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. As a first-time customer, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am reconsidering whether to continue using your leisure center's services. I urge you to take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to experience the kind of treatment that I received.
