        Considering I had shaved 3 times prior to having my wax done, it was unreal how smooth and efficient it was! It was about 70% less painful than all the other times Ive had a wax done! Helena was reassuring all throughout - 100% recommend.

        I booked my wax appointment on the 2nd of December as Im going on holiday after Christmas. She cancelled my appointment on Christmas Day with no explanation. I called her on the 27th and she had a very unprofessional tone. She said that it was closed because its bank holiday. I asked her why was I able to book on the system 3 and a half weeks ago. She could barely give me a explanation. Going on the website now I can see Tuesday is not available but this was not the case prior, meaning that this was only done recently. It has ruined plans for me and now I have to look for a completely new solution. Thanks Helena!
