I have been with them over 2 years now and it is almost impossible to have an appointment. The receptionists are always irritated over the phone and face to face, especially when I am trying to understand their system, where actually there is no system. Only appointments over the phone call with a nurse/doctor if you are lucky, otherwise you have to call the next day to check again. If I manage one appointment either is cancelled or they don't do much about you. This is the worst practice I ever been to.

The worst gp ever can be on this earth Starting from old black lady on reception Wich she refused to give her name somany time You can tell by her face and her attitude she dont want you to be there at all leave a lone expressing your health issue she has no soul on her body at all she is purely there just to get paid .. she admeted that Same with doctors they are hiding bihind this covid rules Wich very very much Irritedted And I personally have seen them in very populated places loughing and drinking .. But when it comes to do them job they refuse to see you purely u can see they dont want to work 1milon % .. One thing is surprising me is all this bad revues and no one from NHS is not geting any action I will continue to Wright revues all the time

Worst GP I ever had. Impossibile to get an appointment. And reception staff extremely rude. This morning I called to book an appointment and Virgina the receptionist treated me like if I were a criminal. I never seen someone so rude. Especially with someone who is in need. She basically yelled at me for all the duration of the call. She didnt provided me with the information I Needed. She told me I should see a chemist instead of calling her (which I did and they told me I need antibiotics) and at one point she also complained because I was coughing. As a cherry on the cake She hang up the call while I was still talking. Without saying goodbye. I had to call back and wait for other 15 minutes to get her name. She said Virginia, but she could have lied. So this is a message for whoever was working on Thursday the 22nd December 2022. I am not asking for much here. I am sick, obviously I need to book an appointment, ask few information and Id love to receive some answers and a bit of respect. I didnt do anything wrong so I cant accept to be treated like that. Virginia. If you dont like your job, change it. Because you dont know who you are talking to. You dont know what this people are going through (also because you dont listen to them) so just be nice. Its free. And it could save a life.
