Recently stayed in the Lupin pod with my partner for two nights. This was our first visit to the Cotswolds and it wont be our last. Location was amazing. We stopped at the Nuttery cafe before check in and the staff were friendly and welcoming and made us a takeaway coffee despite being closed. We even got to meet Mr Bean the pig We checked into our pod and it was faultless and very cosy. I highly recommend adding the fire pack to your booking too by the way. The welcome pack is full of useful information and the Cotswolds book is great to give you ideas of what to do during your stay. We explored the grounds, and the playroom is great for young families which has table football, table tennis, books to read, lego to play with and a giant tv with tea and coffee making facilities. There are also two football goals outside along with a climbing frame which can be used. We walked through the village and fields on our first day and visited the Nuttery Cafe for breakfast then strolled to the church which was small but very historic and even signed the guest book. Its worth noting that the village is very well sign posted. Bourton on the water is a short ten minute drive away and is a beautiful little village with many places to eat and drink, from cream teas to fish and chips (The Chip Shed) We have returned home and are already looking at returning in the summer with our two kids to stay in the safari tents.
