Happiness short lived. Only had my Ford Mondeo from flexy cars for 4 weeks and already had to fork out 600 on brakes, discs, tyres and new battery. Put a claim in with the "warranty" and they are only wiling to refund me 50! Absoloute joke. These things should have been checked and fixed before the car even went on sale. Highly disappointed and disheartened.

Though I was able to do a test drive it was after a long waiting. The car had 2 to 3 warning lights on the dashboard which was not mentioned earlier. I am chasing them to refund my deposit which is taking loads of time and some people over phone are not polite when we ask for refund, especially a lady who works there.

Bought my F10 M5 from here a couple of weeks ago . They serviced it . MOTD it and valeted it . Then they delivered it to my door . Top guys . Car is faultless (so far ) . They are professional and didnt put us under any pressure what so ever .Let us wander around there forecourt and look at anything we chose .Even if we just turned up without an appointment. Not a problem! Sale went smoothly. I would recommend these people to anybody looking for a great car at a good price . Keep up the good work
