Both my sons attended Snowflakes and that was the best decision I made for them. My second son attended Comer crescent and he loved going there. He settled in so well and all the staff and management are very friendly and very approachable. I was always well informed about my sons progress and how he is doing at the nursery. All staff are very professional. When I dropped him off at the nursery I was happy that he was always well taken care of.up to date with technology,I loved the daily updates I received through the app as while I was at work I can still check what he has been doing at the nursery and the pictures make my day.Thank you for all the good memories you helped my son make at the nursery. He will definitely miss you all.

We had a very positive experience at Snowflakes. It was not our first nursery - we needed to transfer from another provider at my partner's workplace - but when she left that job we explored other options and someone at my work recommended Snowflakes (Comer Crescent branch). The staff handled the transfer very sensitively taking on board our son's existing experiences and attachments he had made there. They supported him with a key worker who he bonded well with, which helped him settle in very quickly. From there, we had a very good experience with Snowflakes over the 14 months we were with them. The EyLog is an excellent system to track your child's development and keep up with what happens at nursery. That, together with communicative staff who share pertinent updates about your child, as well as listening to and supporting you with concerns - it was a very stable environment for our son. The staff supported our son with key milestones such as self feeding, potty training and confidence with peers. The policies and processes are seen in practice in the way incidents are managed with clear communication along the way (I work in Children's Health Services so value the importance of this). The Montessori approach to learning also helped develop our son wider than just learning ABC or simply providing a day care function. Our son left early as a result of Covid19. We decided not to send him back, simply because he is starting school in September and didn't want a re-attachment to Snowflakes post lockdown to impact him starting a new school. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snowflakes as a childcare provider based on my experience.

My son has joined the nursery two years ago. He loves to go at the nursery, I find the nursery very helpful they help my son to be more focus and wait for his turn when there is one activity. My child attended nursery 2 years ago and is in Year 1 now. This is where I can see how much of the impact the teaching method in the nursery had on her. Her focus, puzzle solving skills, will to try things independently (and I write after year of almost no schools lessons) is amazing and I truly believe it is due to style of the teaching of the Montesorri method that Snowflakes nursery follows. I highly recommend this place for your child as they are great.
