if your child does not meet their expectations they will do absolutely nothing to help your child to reach their potential. Even if all the information is put on the table for them. Very incompetent and oddly behaved people. They dont know their duty of care towards children, but very good at pretending. My child would come home soaking wet despite being sent with spare clothes. And when you want to inquire about anything they all hide and refuse to take any accountability. Regret sending my child there.
