Frauds they dont know how to treat customers rude you can hear the director saying cut the call say you have other work the worst customer service every seen Uneducated staff don't know how to treat their customers spent nearly 7k but still no respect They also lie about delivery they say one day and then they dont turn up and then say they are busy they will come next day but still dont turn up I absolutely not recommend Himalaya carpets everyone be careful of them they are frauds

Customer service skills non-existent. When asking for advice on carpets, all sales person had to say was just pick a colour even after multiple attempts to engage a conversation. Can only assume theres a lack of knowledge. Senior staff member then came out as I was leaving, I raised this point and said I want someone to tell me what the difference in the carpets and get advice, his response was we dont have all day to walk you through 400 types of carpet. Staff so condescending, dont bother

Brought carpets for the whole house 3 bedroom. When the fitters came they was very aggressive to my parents very poor fitting swearing very unprofessional, gaps near the skirt board not correctly cut on the edges complete cowboys, very disappointing. Avoid at all cost !

Actually do not even deserve one star.. Customer service is terrible.. Carpet was fitted incorrectly but was told was our fault.. Even though we had discussed with the management what was required.. Timings changed with one days notice and i took time off work to accommodate the first time slots.. Will NEVER use or RECOMMEND to anyone
