I went to see my GP and got a referral for an immediate examination of my heart. I went to A&E and gave the referral at the green Urgent Treatment Centre window and had to wait another 3 hours to see the GP who was surprised that I had waited as I should have been sent to the Emergency Department straight away. The person who took my referral at the window made a mistake. She should have seen that the referral was to the ED. I would have saved three hours.

I spent a good few hrs in Ealing Hospital A&E on the Easter Sunday night, there was a wonderful staff who looked after me very well! I came with unbearable headache and they quickly do all tests including CT scan, a big thank you to all especially dr Ibrahim Algarousha, he was amazing

Rude assessing nurses, now you can't even ask how long is waiting time in A&E, you don't ask to be look at first without que, but to tell roughly what waiting time is so hard for them, they feel big boses behind the screen!!!!!!

First time here and from sure the last time. This cannot be called a hospital. There is a lot of mess there; In the waiting room, in the toilet. When you're told to go back to the front desk to take your blood pressure and fever, you don't even cannot hear them call. There is only one very kind girl at the reception, the rest of the people from reception are people very angry with themselves and their lives. They talk to you like they hate you. A tip for those at the hospital... Clean up, urgently! We come to the hospital to treat ourselves, we don't come there to going home with 15 more diseases taken from your hospital. Organize your people!
