        Yesterday went there to buy building materials. The guy was so rude and mean and so unprofessional. He doesnt have a basic manners to greet customers. I wont recommend anyone to this store . Avoid avoid avoid.

        Went to the Hayes store most unhelpful miserable and arrogant people in the trade. I will never go back i'd rather pay extra then to be treated with such poor customer service. Rude and not professional customer service. Hoppe that place will be closed soon. Had to give one star as theres no option for 0 stars! Last choice building supplies

        You go in as a customer, they don't smile or greet you. And take your money without even a thank you. I personally think they only cater for Asian customers. Never seem such a miserable trade counter in over 30 years in the trade industry. If it wasn't for the obvious fake reviews they would be a 2 Star at best.
