Scam Garage, Dishonest, tell you the car has 2 keys, once you pay and ask for them both, they then misteriously dont have the second key, if they can be dishonest about a simple key, i hate to think what state the cars are in that they sell, stay away

Please avoid. They sold me a faulty car and refused to fix it even with insurance. They do fraud, they change their company name every so often because they have so many problems. Do your background check please before buying. Im soo happy I reported them and hopefully theyll get what they deserve .

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Me and my dad phone them up to go see a car I was interested in. It seems all well and good and they give us a post code and address to go to. The weird thing was that they didnt ask us to go to a company place, it was just some house/neighbourhood. Sadly me and my dad didnt check. It was very shady and they gave next to no indication of what was going on. I phoned multiple times once we arrived since they said the car will be out on display. We were sent to hillside road in London. This was 10 mins away from the actual destination. They finally answered by phoning me back and sent us a new location to go to. Again they gave no indication of the actual company name. On auto trader it was my prestige cars ltd. They told us it was opposite the viaduct pub. We arrive there and it looks like a dump. The car looked like it was in good condition but after being lied to and seeing the reviews online we we appalled. It was upsetting and rage inducing of how disgusting they could treat a customer. Being a first time buyer, if I went by myself I would be vulnerable to how these people treat me. Thankfully I had my dad there. We barely spoke to the people there. They have no customer service whatsoever. They said hi and said they would come over to talk to us but never did. I am angry at how auto trader describe their company, when the actual one is completely different. NEVER COME HERE. We drove just under an hour, had to pay a fee due to driving in London and they lied about who they actually are. If you wanna trust them then youre an idiot. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM.

Terrible dealer. Bought a car off here that had an engine and exhaust issue that I noticed the next day. Contacted the guy Hamza I bought it off and he said theres nothing he can do about it since I chose to buy it and then proceeded to block me. Im soo unhappy with my car, Ive had to spend hundreds to get the issue fixed. They also lie about servicing the car. All in all please avoid these scammers. They have so many bad reviews for a reason.
