Excellent customer service , gave my car in for body damage , went to a few garages but they had given the best quote. Work was very good and was completed on time. Highly recommend, also recovered my car for a very good price

So having being stuck and broken down in Hayes I called AA who gave me a time frame of over an hour. I needed someone sooner so I found the details of this garage and I received help with my vehicle promptly. I also discovered this garage does body work repairs and so I arranged for the dents and scratches on my door and wing mirror to be fixed and got quoted a really good price. The finishing was perfect and done fast. Cant recommend this garage enough alongside the owner who is professional, honest and friendly. Being a woman also I felt at ease and not threatened in any way which is really important especially for us ladies.

I was recommended to Abs and Southall Body Works by a pal to get my alloys refurbished on my Audi a3 Sport. I picked my car up yesterday and couldn't be happier!! In the auto/garage industry, dealing with someone who is honest and who you trust implicitly is so important and I knew I was in good hands from the moment I met Abs and left my car with him.... My whole experience with the team was professional, friendly and Abs was also excellent at communicating with me so I didn't have to guess and wonder when my car would be ready. And when I picked my car up, it had also been washed and was sparkling clean. Would I recommend to my family and friends? Absolutely!!!
