        Do not come here if you expect any type of good customer service or efficiency. I was sent a text to collect my order and they tried to give me the wrong product and did not bother to apologise for the fact that I'd made second visit for nothing

        I'm disappointed that there is no more catalog book, now is only tablets . Book was much easy and was easy to take with me to building side and give to my builders . Toolstation much easy

        There were 2 ladies serving customers, we asked one of them for a glue for a specific door knob (that we took with us) and she directed us to the catalogue to choose one. We then asked for advice as we know nothing about the matter but she told us she couldn't advice any as she wasn't responsible for the outcome. We told her to double check with her colleague and she barely acknowledge us nodding with her head to her colleague. We then luckily asked Ben (store manager) who was very knowledgeable, polite and gave us brilliant advice and service. He made our journey worth it!
