        I went this morning it southall branch. but staff really bad Disgraceful customer service by Mohammed, let alone helping than helping their customers they're trying to get aggressive and defensive.

        After a very poor start with the store manager who gave us the wrong price and then made no effort to find the tiles we wanted, we were served the second time by Saj the young assistant who was awesome. He couldnt do enough to help us and was friendly and professional. We left with absolutely everything we needed! Thank you Saj
