Excellent experience on Saturday (29th April). Did a click and collect order and missed off adding an item which was on offer when bought together (with the item I had already ordered online). Spoke to Lloyd and he very kindly still gave me the other item for the offer price (offer was only available when both items were ordered at the same time). Thanks Lloyd, keep up the good work along with Suki. Previously also had a good experience returning an item to this store more than 3 months later. Also dealt with Lloyd on that occasion too.
