        This is getting very annoying now. I moved into my flat in October 2022. Nearly one year and my underfloor heating is a rubbish. Keep having the same engineer coming in and saying the problem isn't from their end and they should send someone else. I did tell the engineer to send the report over to the company who actually fitted in the underfloor heating but still no response!!???. I mean why am I paying service charge for really? We live with a one year old baby who wakes up hands and face are freezing!! Like would imagine if it was someone else's baby.

        A tenant at 4 Butleigh house. Heating is not working since 2-12-2022 to the time I'm posting this review i.e. 8-12-2022. We are staying with a 1 year old baby with no heating at the house for a week. The builder Redrow hasn't fixed the issue so far even though "no heating" is considered as an emergency issue. Pathetic. The updates from the builder is "we are looking into this issue and will fix asap".
