UNCLE Southall

The worst development I've ever seen. No parking. There is so much space available to park around the building yet there are boards everywhere that parking is not permitted at any time and there are so many cars parked. Cannot visit someone or help someone move in because a 100 ticket is guaranteed. Such rubbish! Avoid at all costs

For what you get for the price you pay, this place is a rip-off. When we were shown around they said parking is not an issue and we would be able to park on a private road behind the building but suddenly we have to park 15 minutes away and walk back to our flat while employees park right behind the building to this day. The price increase in a cost of living crisis is an absolute joke and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A 1 bedroom flat for just under 2k in Southall of all places is laughable. That doesn't even include bills or council tax. I recommend you get the TRS apartments around the corner from the uncle building they are much more reasonable in price. There are so many other issues which I won't get into but I recommend everyone to stay far away from them.
