Unfortunately they dont call back when the call drops! You have to call again and wait in the queue for longer than you waited the first time! Getting Worst everyday!

This surgery should have been shut down long ago. Just to say that they never see patients on time, I saw Dr Gathore few days ago, first time in my life, i was 6 minutes late due to school traffic, didnt see me properly, and asked me to book another appointment for another problem (sore throat and fever). A week later i had an appt with Dr LaL, tbh he's very loudmouth, should rephrase his sentence in a polite way, Dr Lal was late 10 mins to see me, i couldnt pickup my kids frm school on time. When u give feedback, they ask to change GP, Why should We change GP why dont u go and find some other work to do. When asked Dr Lal why he was 10mins late to see me, he called other patients selfish and take too much time to address their illness. Demograhic of this surgery (employees) must be changed. They treat ppl like some ppl are being treated backhome. Pathetic ppl with pathetic attitude like their 'parking entrance' which is always broken and cause tyre punctures. Their curent google rating is 1. Can u imagine that?
