Dr E Clemente - Waterside Medical Centre

I have been registered with Waterside medical centre since 2009 and I must say, the service is exceptional and staff are friendly. Jenny goes above and beyond and provides me with an outstanding service all the time. She is patient and always willing to help. Even when I take forever to explain myself over the phone, she listens and never hastens me. She is extremely polite and I honestly can't fault her. She's definitely an asset to the team. Dr Rahman is an exceptional and evidently well experienced GP. He is extremely empathetic and understanding to my needs and so easy to talk to. I'm extremely pleased and satisfied with his medical care and support. Debbie

The worst Gp service I have ever seen , especially all receptionist specially Sukh , they dont know how to talk to patients. Very rude people

I am registered at this medical center and I must say that it has the best Doctors. They are all very understanding and they always treat their patients with respect. Love these guys..
