        Driver Nav has lied and said he attempted to deliver my parcel but didnt even ring or knock the door wasting my entire Saturday morning. This has now happened to me twice before was my PlayStation now again today some clothes for Easter weekend. I will now have to wait till Tuesday ridiculous. I complained to the southall manager last time nothing has changed again this time terrible service no wonder they have 1.9 stars

        Dpd southall. My package was sent from Pakistan 4 boxes all next day service and cleared customs but dpd didnt deliver took photo of the door and are now claiming the boxes are damaged. How could customs clear damaged boxes? What sort of damage as package only had clothing shoes and a cooking pot? No explanation never use again

        Horrible Courier company one of the worst, there Drivers are the Worst they never deliver to the correct address always deliver to wrong address even if you are in the office DO NOT USE THEM
