If there was zero or minus stars, this builder would get these in abundance. Cowboy builder tries to extract money out of you for items which are already included in the contract. He also brings and fly tips rubbish from his so called 25 other rented properties. Boasts about educating his sons in a 40k per year private Schools. As soon as he realises he cant take you for a ride he will do a runner and block your calls like the con artist and coward he is. Wont care if you have small children and will leave live wires exposed! Leave your garden in a tip. Currently owns more vans the has workers and will steal items which belong to you. Will leave some photos from his latest project/ con job!!!! Do not let this man on your road let alone in your house. He goes by the name of Gurvinder SIngh Sanghera. The only reason Rogue Traders probably havent had him on TV is because his English is as bad his building work! STAY WELL AWAY FROM HIM.

We found GSS construction through federation of master builders and got references that we believed demonstrated reputable company. We did not choose cheapest quote and had contract, scope of works in place with agreed scheduled bank transfers of payments. Gurbinder Singh left midway through build with very little explanation. A 4 lined email asking for more money for same works - with 15,000 up front before he installed windows (wanted us to give him cash before he put windows in instead of pre agreed bank transfers at point of completion of works - we refused). Throughout we had red flags that something was wrong. For instance, we paid for materials that he requested the receipts for so he could claim tax back on items he hadn't paid for. One receipt went missing. We think he asked our 5 year old to get it. When we asked he denied this. Worker took alcohol from our cupboards and became drunk on site, threatening the children drinking whole bottle of Baileys. He sent us on bogus trips to window installers to create illusion that he had ordered windows- which he hadn't. We were left in a house for months that was uninhabitable, with 2 small children. Dangerous scaffolding was left attached to the house. We attempted to contact to ask him to take scaffolding so we could complete works but he ignored so after months living in an uninhabitable, unsafe and fully open house (he left after he had taken out our kitchen, windows, back doors; he requested we agree to pay him more money and cash in hand before he would return to put things "right". I believe he thought we would get desperateand give him the money given the awful situation he left us in). We finally paid another company to take scaffold, sort windows then had to rebuild house ourselves - uncovering very shoddy work, electric wiring that went nowhere). Its no joke putting your children to bed in rubble in an insecure house. When Gurbinder Singh finally returned 6 months later he demanded I let him into property, was aggressive, surrounded me (5'3 woman on her own) with 8 of his workers and shoved me to ground). Police had to be called and this is on record. Photos here are after we tidied up. He left broken glass, nails, sewage in garden on top of shoddy work. The wooden hut was a toilet connected to our man hole with a DIY pipe that Gurbinder Singh constructed. He left it there along with everything else we had to sort. He funds his lifestyle and that of his family by trying to break others mentally and financially. He is a nasty individual. Our experience was very distressing. His kids were a similar age to mine and he put mine at risk. He and his family should be ashamed that this is how he makes a living to buy his big house in Southall but I doubt any of them are looking at how many peoples lives he has caused problems for.
