Scam ! This is dogdy trader. They sold a Fiat 500 to me. It is an unroadworthy car. After taking the payment, they sent a sale receipt to my email address and put spares and repairs in it. It is a dodgy trick ! Avoid !!!!

Terrible service, I still have a broken car with severe engine damaged, I went to buy this car under the description drove excellent, had Bluetooth had aux port had ice cold air conditioning, firstly when I turned up after 2 hours travelling by train I noticed the car was not as decribed, I test drove the car but was only allowed to take round the car park sounded a bit rough but I was assured that it was down to age and nothing wrong with it hence I wasnt able to do a proper test drive, I decided to take the car on advice of the salesman that it was a good sound car and all the bits that werent as advertised ie Bluetooth aux and everything working on it these were what I thought minor, i asked for a written receipt and the relevant documents for car he said transfer the money and I wil do that with that after transferring he basically left me with the car 5-10 minutes later into taking it I realised something was severely wrong with car I tried ringing him only to have him laugh put phone Down, I was left stranded over 40 miles from home scared late at night on middle of by pass screaming for my life with a blown up engine, I had to borrow money off my mum to get me and the car towed home, I got home 1 in the morning Id tried to constantly phone these ppl for a refund or the repairs and nothing at all no help no calls back, beware very dangerous ppl I am taking them through trading standards at the minute and in process of taking them to court hope no one goes through the horror Ive been through so far

The worst place ever to buy a car! Please take my warning and never purchase from them. They sold me a faulty car within 10 days I had problems with it, I requested a refund as it was within my legal right to, however they refused and violated my rights which is illegal. They did say they would repair it but why would I want a repair on a car I purchased 10 days ago. I contacted AA in which they were listed on and AA has now dissolved their affiliation with them (goes to show how dodgy they are). They also have no physical address. I will be taking legal action to the best of my ability. Save yourself the heart ache honestly because its not worth it. We all work hard for our money its really sad people like this exist.

Really poor service and non refundable terms and conditions on deposit is flawed. This is was the worst experience, I've had with car dealership. I would avoid F2 Premium Motors at all cost.

Best experience Top dealership helped me out from start to finish. After sales car was unbelievable. Will definitely return for my next car. Highly recommended
