I like the cakes, I DISLIKE the service SO MUCH Im 16 years old, but Ive been told I look 12. It was my older sisters birthday so I was entrusted to go buy a cake from this bakery. Keep in mind although Im 16, I have extreme social anxiety which isnt normal I think. Anyways once I reached there, I asked for an OREO cake. So he went into the back to get one. He opened the cover and I saw a few Oreos on top and I said it looks fine and bought the cake. When I got home my sister was livid because it turns out it was a jam cake, not an actual Oreo cake. She screamed at me and all I could do is run away. I know I shouldve checked the cake properly as a customer, but in terms of service, this branch has been extremely and utterly horrific. This has caused me to have major trust issues now and goes beyond then just buying a cake. Thankyou so much for the trauma.

Horrible! Everything about this branch. From the service to the cake and most of all staff or so called manager. Purchased a cake online to be picked up at the Norwood Green branch. I received confirmation to pick up the cake. I get to the branch during the collection time slot and the cake isn't completed, let alone in the branch! The cake was being delivered from the southall branch and didn't arrive until 20 min after the confirmed collection time. A sorry excuse for a manager if he even is one, didn't even apologise. Put the entire blame on the southall branch. I wasn't having it, then another excuse that we don't except online orders, and I don't know why yours was accepted to be collected at the Norwood Green branch. Ridiculous as the previous week, a friend had ordered online to that branch and collected at her alloted time. I will never give my service to this pompous, unapologetic manager again. Wish I could give it no stars.
