Tara Bishybee Yoga Norwich & Nourishment

Tara is the BEST yoga teacher (and I've tried a few!) So easy going, patient and understanding and just makes the whole class relaxing and welcoming, which is always a worry as a beginner. Even in a group environment you always know that Tara is paying attention to any help you might need. Have had a one to one session which was super fun too!

Tara is a fantastic yoga teacher. She teaches in a relaxed and encouraging way so that you only push yourself to your own abilities without feeling pressured or intimidated. It's a really friendly and enjoyable class which I really feel the benefits of.

I am posting this review on behalf of my mother who attends the yoga sessions on Monday mornings at the Homerton Village Hall. My mother is partially sighted and somewhat immobile, but enjoys the yoga sessions immensely. Tara is very kind and considerate and the sessions are very made very welcoming for senior people with mobility difficulties. Yoga has opened up a new world for her! Tara runs the sessions for all ages and abilities and my mother would strongly recommend this to anyone with an interest in starting yoga or continuing to expand their skills.

I love Taras yoga classes! Tara is really friendly and classes are relaxed and fun. We always end up smiling and laughing as well as feeling stretched, calm and grounded. She builds up movements slowly and supportively, guiding us to keep the breath flowing. I particularly love the monthly full moon, candlelit classes which are a really special treat.

Yoga with Tara is an excellent experience. I have been doing it now for 10 months or so and it makes me feel so much better. She is a very knowledgeable teacher and a caring person, ensuring you are getting the best from your yoga session. Plus the outdoor yoga with the horsebox sauna and swim in the sea in the warmer months was an experience I enjoyed much more than I was expecting. If you want a caring, friendly and well trained yoga teacher, Tara is your lady.
