    Marie is a wonderful yoga teacher. She radiates positive energy and I leave all of her classes feeling replenished. Marie teaches a range of different yoga styles and her classes are welcoming and inclusive. Highly recommend.

    I've attended Marie's Yin classes for the past year or so and find them wonderful. She tailors her advice to each member of the class, and strikes just the right balance between encouraging you to take care of yourself but not take it too easy - she always seems to have a little tip to help you hold or get into a pose when you might be doubting your ability to keep going for even another second. I end every class feeling refreshed, energised, supple and happy, no matter how awful I was feeling when we started. I've taken yoga classes in four countries for over 30 years, and Marie's are among my absolute favourites. I learn something every class. And her voice is so soothing and kind, my shoulders relax as soon as I hear her cheerful 'hello'!

    Ive regularly practiced yoga with Marie for a year now, both online and in person. I started as a beginner, and with Maries knowledge, understanding and encouragement, Ive found a real passion for yoga. The flexibility of having both in person and online classes, along with there being different types of yoga to choose from, has meant that Ive always been able to find a class that suits me. I cant recommend her enough!

    Attending Marie's classes was a big transformation for me, physically and menatlly.Her unique tailored classes inspired me to dive more into the physical practice of yoga but also into yoga philosophy and both aspects gave me another perception for the life itself. I also attended her 1 to 1 sessions about applying yoga philosphy into daily life and that was the best experience of my life. With the help of her unique guidence towards yoga principles and how i can apply them in daily life, Marie showed me that there is a gentle way trough few breathing tecniques to cope with my daily tasks, make them less stressful, to cope with my anxiety and how to find happinness and contentment inside me no matter the outside circumstances. Thanks Marie.
