Didnt enjoy the class at all

I've had so many amazing experiences through NYC. From surf inspired beach yoga on beautiful sunny evenings in North Norfolk with Tess, to Liz's playful Thursday space+flow sessions that allow me to simply enjoy practicing- not worry about being perfect. In between is all the unexpected moments- swimming in the sea at sunset with a group of women, a sauna in a converted horsebox, visiting a karaoke bar, eating banana pancakes, setting intentions and watching them grow into sunflower seedlings, ecstatic dancing. The list goes on. Tess has created something much more than a yoga studio. Absolutely love coming here and will continue to recommend to everyone.

SO GLAD I FOUND NORWICH YOGA CENTRAL!!!! Amazing teachers, where I feel inspired after every session - even when it's a tough one! Such a range of options and the 5 session/10 session passes really work for my every changing schedule around work and childcare.

Absolutely adore NYC. I started coming to Tess' Saturday morning class a month ago and have been every week since as well as a 2 hour workshop. It's a lovely studio, beautifully decorated and really welcoming. Tess is a wonderful teacher, super knowledgable, kind and compassionate, and the atmosphere of the class I go to is fab. There are lots of different classes and teachers too on the timetable - I can't wait to try more. I'm so grateful to have found this place!

I had a beautiful yoga session with Michelle on Monday evening. The studio is upstairs and is lit with fairy lights in the evening, which is super cosy when youre doing yoga looking out on to the rainy streets. Michelle offered variations for all levels during the Hatha session and was so welcoming Im not from the area but would highly recommend dropping in for a class. Ill definitely be back next time Im in Norwich! :)
