        I thought this was a showroom I could look round. It was closed on a Saturday but the door was opened and I was asked to make an appointment. Seeing as Im not even sure I want to buy and just wanted to browse and ask some questions. I certainly didnt want to make an appointment. Wasted journey.

        Norwich Stoves helped me choose a suitable woodburner for my home, really pleased with the installation, John has so much knowledge around the wood burner and the regulations required, this certainly influenced my decision to use Norwich Stoves as it gave me peace of mind, after sales has been very good too with a sweep and service promptly carried out today.
