Disgusting companyy with ruthless sales people. Sell to the vunerable . Terrified my 80 year old dying mum into beleiving her house was unsafe and burglars could get in at minute. Signed her up to 9K of 5 yrs payments. We cancelled the instalation and now sending threats. Shes dying . They have not followed the strict guidelines when dealing with vunerable people. Stay well clear of this cowboy outfit Service: Window installation

After spending 3 hours at my house to give me a quote and multiple times of me saying I need to think about it. The sales man tried to get me to put a 100 deposit down for windows and doors at an obscene amount. When I said I am not paying anything and I don't have the money to pay it, he said then asked if I have a credit card and to use that instead. He went from being kind to rude within a matter of seconds when I said again that I am not paying anything until I think about it. This situation was made worse by me being a single woman and I feel like if I hadn't messaged my neighbour to come over, that the sales man would not have left my house without me paying the deposit for windows and doors I did not want. Very unprofessional, very pushy as well. Avoid the company at all costs and if you are a single woman in the household, make sure to have someone else come round if you do have a quote by them so as not to feel threatened like I did.
